Sigma Connected Support work in association with ScottishPower to manage the Hardship Fund. You must also be able to provide proof of any benefits you are in receipt of. We will then review your application and decide if you are eligible for an award.

If you are the account holder and want to find out if you are eligible, you can apply online via our online form to begin the online application process.

If you would prefer to apply by telephone, please contact us on 0121 285 2595 and a member of our team will process the application by phone for you. Alternatively, if you prefer to email us you can do so by downloading an application here and email sp.hardship@support.sigmaconnected.com.

Once your application has been confirmed as eligible it will be submitted to ScottishPower and can take up to 10 working days for the next part of the process. We will contact you to confirm whether your application has been approved and advise of the next steps.*

*A credit to your ScottishPower account is dependent on you being able to afford to set up a plan to support managing your account going forward.
